Boards and Commissions

Mayor's Internship Program

The Mayor’s Internship Program allows participants to explore a potential career in public service, develop their professional, social, civic, and leadership skills and gain hands on experience working on Mayoral initiatives. Parks and Rec

Senior Center

Library

DeSoto Teen Council

The DeSoto Teen Council provides a formal process that fosters a heightened awareness of municipal operations, educational opportunities, health and mental wellness experiences, life skills, and career readiness for teen residents. Adopt a street program
City Hall

The Adopt-a-Street Program is a joint effort between City government and residents to keep our right-of-ways and neighborhoods clean and beautiful. This program allows residents, businesses, clubs and organizations to express their pride and commitment to the community, while providing them with signage recognition for their time and efforts spent beautifying the City of DeSoto.
