The DeSoto Town Center is located at 211 E. Pleasant Run Road on the northeast corner of the intersection of Hampton and Pleasant Run Roads. The DeSoto Town Center contains the DeSoto City Hall, the DeSoto Recreation Center, The Corner Theatre, the DeSoto Public Library, the DeSoto Civic Center and the Outdoor Amphitheater.

Vendor Opportunities for Special Events

The City of DeSoto Ordinance requires an application to be completed for a temporary Special Event, including but not limited to our Crawfish Event, Juneteenth Celebration, Independence Celebration,  Latino Heritage Festival, and the Hometown Holiday Parade. 

Things to Consider when Applying for a Temporary Food Permit

• A Temporary Food Permit is required 
• Applications will NOT be accepted 2 weeks before the event.
• The DeSoto Action Center will contact you within 48 business hours for the completion of the required documents. 
• Payment must be received within 72 business hours after approval.
• Once the application and temporary food permit payment is received, the vendor will receive an acceptance e-mail.
