360-degree Communication

The Mayor holds quarterly meetings with Homeowners’ Association representatives to discuss community issues.  These meetings also provide a forum for citizens to share information with the Mayor. Representatives can be kept abreast of upcoming improvement projects in the City and get pertinent information on a quarterly basis with these regularly scheduled meetings.  The intent and the result of the Mayor’s Quarterly Meetings is 360-degree communication.  Many thanks to all HOA representatives to participate in these important information forums.

Next Mayor's 360 Quarterly Meeting

The Mayor's 360 Quarterly Meetings are held quarterly and begin at 6:30 p.m. at 211 E. Pleasant Run Road. On Thursday, March 16, 2023, the Mayor's 360 meeting was held at the Jim Baugh Government Center, in the Council Chambers.  The Mayor's 360 Quarterly meetings for 2023 will be held on:

Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers

Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers 

Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers
