Pavilion Rentals
Grimes and Ernie Roberts Pavilion Rentals
The Pavilions are available to DeSoto residents, non-profit organizations, and businesses as well as nonresidents.
When are these facilities available to book? Pavilions are available April 1 through October 31. Pavilions are rented in a five hour time block or all day.
When can I book my reservation? Pavilions are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. You can start booking your reservation on January 1 through October 31. Please call 972.230.9650 to check availability or for more information.
Cleaning the Facility: The reserving party is responsible for cleaning the facility. The Parks & Leisure Services department may not be able to clean pavilions between reservations. Tables and immediate grounds must be cleared of litter at the conclusion of the reservation.
Bounce Houses: Bounce houses are allowed in city parks; however, the bounce house vendor must provide a generator with all bounce house rentals
Grills: Grills/Smokers are not allowed
Damage Deposit: A $50 refundable deposit is in addition to rental fees. All payment is due in full for Pavilion rentals.
